How do I edit the email contents? To edit the contents of an email, you need to have the 'Manage Emails' permission setup for your account (done at the Systems Account tab beneath Administrators). When this is active, you may click the View link for an email and then Edit it.

When editing emails I noticed that there are tags. What are they? While editing, you may embed pre-made 'tags' that provide information that is pulled from the application. The available tags are listed beneath the email and would be used within the following format: [% Emailtag %]
