Corporate Contacts & Users

Overview

In channelADMIN, administrator features are governed by privileges, which a grouped together into functional roles. To give administrators access to different features in the site, tick the check boxes under the appropriate role columns. Don't forget to click Save when you're done.

Hints

  • If there are more than 5 roles active in your system, use the left and right pager arrows to scroll them horizontally.
  • Click the Role Name to filter the list of corporate contacts that have been assigned that role. Click again to remove the filter.
  • The system will prevent you from doing an operation that would remove Manage Corporate Users privilege from all users, preventing you from accidentally locking yourself out of the system.
  • You can add and edit roles by going to System Admin > Manage Roles.
