FYI notifications allow corporate contacts to receive notification when events occur in respect to the accounts they management. Subscriptions can be at the account or market level. Multiple corporate contacts can over lap at either level.

• We Just Sent Someone A Lead - Triggered when a lead is sent to a channel contact.
• Claim Submitted - Triggered when a new co-op is created by an account or on behalf of an account.

On the left are Corporate contacts, broken out into 3 categories:

• Current recipients - contacts who already have notifications assigned.
• Suggested recipients (available only for We Just Sent Someone a Lead type notifications) - contacts who a set up as Market Sales Managers, but do not yet have any notifications assigned.
• Other Recipients - contacts who are not sales managers and do not have any notifications assigned.

On the right is the current channel hierarchy. Use triangles in the hierarchy to expand or collapse nodes as needed.

To subscribe a corporate contact to FYI's, select them on the left side of the screen. The right side of the screen updates to show their current subscriptions. Tick bubbles for markets or accounts to subscribe or unsubscribe the entities from the currently selected corporate contact. Click the Save button when you're satisfied with the changes.

• When a market has child markets or accounts in it, ticking its bubble will automatically toggle all child markets and accounts.
• When a sales manager contact is selected on the left, the markets they cover are hilighted in the hierarchy on the right and there's a button to automatically select covered markets.
• When you change the subscriptions for a given contact they may change between the categories on the left. If you add subscriptions to a contact who didn't have any previously, they'll be moved to the Current Recipients tab. When this is the case, the system will automatically switch to the contacts new tab after saving.
