channelLEADS provides Sources for defining workflows for handling incoming leads.

• Gateway - How leads enter the system. Out of the box, channelLEADS includes gateways for Direct Post and Spreadsheet Import.
• Import Scheme - A prescription for how to handle leads as they enter the system. Includes options for automatically determining lead recipient, calculating lead interest, automatically appending additional information, and follow up emails.
• Source - A combination of Gateway and Import Scheme

• Can I have multiple sources for a given gateway? Sure thing. If you want to aggregate leads from forms on multiple websites, you can have a source for each. Similarly, if you routinely import leads from different spreadsheets, you have a source for each. Because each source independent, you can configure different handling options for each.

• But I routinely get my leads from another source, am I out of luck? Probably not, talk to your channelSUITE account representative about custom gateways and additional leads integration options.
