  • given your partners the appropriate tags (important for interest/proximity auto-routing)
  • setup campaigns (basis of campaign auto-routing)
• Configured the Tool Options? This allows you to:
  • pick the default routing method, if desired
  • enable/view/edit system emails
• Loaded/hooked up your leads? This could be done by:
  • bulk import on the Lead list screen
  • manual entry
  • hookup to your lead forms.
